Tom's global experience comes from working for a range of Tier 1 fund managers on both the buy and sell side, starting as an analyst & trader where he has both managed and built teams. Tom has founded and run two businesses and, in 2017, he went down the rabbit hole of Crypto and web 3 where he works as both an advisor, investor, and founder, helping scale crypto fund managers and other projects.
